The company stated that the domestic project is expected to be executed over a period of 37 months, in line with the project delivery schedule outlined in the letter of intent.
The project carries a potential gross development value of over ₹4,800 crore, adding meaningfully to the company’s residential development pipeline.
This work relates to the Varnam Phase 1 development coming up under the One Bangalore Luxury Project in Devanahalli, located in the Bengaluru Rural region.
The gross development value (GDV) of the project has been pegged at ₹2,700 crore.
The location offers a saleable area of around 0.83 million sq. ft., and sits close to some of the city’s largest IT hubs and social infrastructure.
In the past year, Puravankara has entered similar agreements in Breach Candy, Pali Hill, and Lokhandwala all high-value residential pockets within Mumbai.
On approval, the firm will allot up to 3,000 NCDs of face value ₹10 lakh each.
In the first half of FY25, client collections increased by 27% to ₹1,998 Crore from ₹1,575 Crore in the previous year.
