The Notice of 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company which will be held on Saturday, 30th September 2023 at 10.00 A.M. at Nava-Bharat Bhawan, Chatrapati Square, Wardha Road, Nagpur - 440015 to transact the following business: 2. Approved the Directors Report for the Financial Year Ended 31st March 2023. 3. The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Sunday, 24th September, 2023 to Saturday, 30th September, 2023 (both days inclusive) (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 07.09.2023) This is to inform you that 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company concluded today at Nava Bharat Bhawan, Chhatrapati Square, Wardha Road, Nagpur-440015.
