The Notice of AGM and Annual Report of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2023 will be sent separately to the Stock Exchange(s) and to the Members of the Company in due course Newspaper publication regarding Dispatch of Notice for 23rd Annual General Meeting to its shareholders (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 01/08/2023) The shareholders of the company have passed the resolution regarding re-appointment of directors of the company in its Annual General Meeting held on 22/08/2023 at 11:00 A.M. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 22/08/2023)
