This is to inform you that the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held today at 10:30 a.m. through Video Conference (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OVAM). The meeting concluded at 10:45 a.m. In this regard please find attached summary of the proceedings of the 17th AGM . (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 23/09/2023) Voting results as required under regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR) regulations, 2015 along with scrutinizer report pursuant to section 108 of companies act 2013 and rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014.
