Corrigendum in relation to the outcome of Board Meeting filed on 27/05/2023. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 24.08.2023) The AGM Notice and Annual Report for the Financial year 2022-2023 is attached. Notice of 36th AGM scheduled to be held on 29/09/2023. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 06/09/2023) Combined voting results in respect of the 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 29th September, 2023.
