29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Thursday, 10th August, 2023 at 4.30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from Friday, 4th August, 2023 to Thursday, 10th August, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM Annual Report of the Company along with the Notice of AGM for the financial year 2022-23 (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 14.07.2023) Outcome of Annual General Meeting Disclosure regarding the E-voting results and Proceeding / Outcome of the 29th Annual General Meeting held on 10th August, 2023. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 10/08/2023)
