The Yelahanka project will have approximately 1.5 million square feet of saleable area and will comprise primarily premium residential apartments and high-street retail.
The company bagged its first residential project in January 2024 with the launch of ‘Godrej Madison Avenue’ on Golden Mile Road, Kokapet, Hyderabad.
Recently, the real estate developer said that it has sold over 1,398 homes worth ₹1,000 Crore in its newly introduced residential project.
