Moneyboxx Finance Limited (formerly known as Dhanuka Commercial Limited), was incorporated on November 16, 1994. The company is a NBFC registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The Company is engaged in the business of lending loans and trading in securities. The Company focuses on consumer lending products including, retail finance, salaried personal loans, business loans., small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) lending, commercial lending and value-added services. During the period 2019, the Company made application with Registrar of Companies regarding change in name from Dhanuka Commercial Limited to Moneyboxx Finance Limited and same was approved by Registrar of Companies and subsequently, the company received a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated January 12, 2019. The company also obtained the fresh Certificate of Registration from the Reserve Bank of India under the new name of the Company dated March 13, 2019. The Company also obtained the approval of BSE Limited for change in name of the Company w.e.f. January 30, 2019.During the period 2019, the Company obtained the approval from Reserve Bank of India ( RBI) for the Change in Management and Control of Dhanuka Commercial Limited. Pursuant to such approval, a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) dated June 14, 2018 was executed and signed between Mr. Mahesh Kumar Dhanuka, Mrs. Vidhya Devi Dhanuka, Mrs. Madhu Dhanuka, Mrs. Swati Dhanuka, Mis CMS Infin Consultancts Private Limited, Mis Talwaria Polymers Private Limited (Erstwhile Promoters) and Mis Moneybox Capital Private Limited (the Acquirer ), pursuant to SPA, the Erstwhile Promoters had transferred their entire (100%) shareholding of 1,07,97,879 equity shares (64,49%) to Mis Moneybox Capital PrivateLimited. As on March 31, 2019, the Acquirer holds 11923459 equity shares aggregating to 71.21% of the paid up equity share capital of theCompany. The Company applied to BSE regarding classification of Moneyboxx Capital Private Limited as promoter on 05 April 2019 underregulation 31A of the SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
