AGM 19/07/2023 Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on 26th May 2023, inter alia, has approved the following: 1. Appointment of M/s SGCO & CO. LLP, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No 112081W/W100184) as Statutory Auditors of the company, subject to the approval of members in ensuing Annual General Meeting 2.
