Please take note that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. May 14, 2023, approved Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2023. A Copy of the signed Results along with Audit Reports issued by the Statutory Auditors M/s. BSR & Associates LLP and Declaration in respect of Audit Report with unmodified opinion under Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations are attached herewith. The Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e., May 14, 2023, have, inter alia, approved convening of 25th AGM of the Company on Thursday, 29th June, 2023 through video conference or other audio-visual means. Final Dividend & A.G.M (As Per BSE Bulletin dated on 15.05.2023) Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, please find attached copy of Notice convening the 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company, scheduled to be held on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at 11:30 A.M. IST through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means (VC/ OAVM). (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 07/06/2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 47 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Please find attached copies of newspaper advertisements published today i.e., June 8, 2023 in Business Standard (English Edition) and Surya (Telugu Edition), intimating about the dispatch of Notice of 25th Annual General Meeting and Integrated Annual Report for the Financial Year 2022-23 and availability of E-voting facility to the Shareholders of the Company. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 08/06/2023) Please find attached the proceedings of 25th AGM held today i.e., Thursday, June 29, 2023.
