The same will be made available on the Companys website, at http://www.sheelafoam.com The Company is providing remote e-voting facility to its member to cast their vote electronically on the business as set forth in the Notice of the AGM through the electronic voting system of Link Intime India Private Limited (LIIPL). Mr. Amitabh, Partner, AVA Associates, Company Secretaries, appointed as a Scrutinizer. The Result of e-voting shall be declared on July 20, 2023. The Cut-off Record date fixed for the purpose of ascertaining the member eligible for e-voting as Tuesday, July 11, 2023. The e-voting facility shall be commenced at 10.00 a.m. on July 14, 2023 and ended on 05.00 p-m. on July 17, 2023. Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 please find attached the Proceeding of AGM held on 18th July, 2023 (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 18.07.2023)
