Ion Exchange Secures ₹161 Crore Water Management Contracts from Adani Power

Ion Exchange (India) Ltd, a water treatment and environment management company, has secured contracts worth ₹161.19 Crore from Adani Power Ltd.

The contracts are for comprehensive water and environment management solutions for two 800 MW units at Adani’s Raipur and Raigarh ultra-superpower projects.

The scope of work includes engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) for water and environment management systems to meet the process and utility requirements. The projects are expected to be completed within 18 months from the contract award date.

Earlier this year, Ion Exchange received a contract worth ₹251 Crore for a project in North Africa from material construction in the UAE.

This international contract involves engineering, manufacturing, delivery, and commissioning of a desalinated water unit in North Africa, to be completed within seven months after engineering approval.
