NCC announced the acquisition of contracts totaling ₹3,496 Crore in October 2024, as reported in its filing on Friday, November 1. The company received these contracts from various central and state government agencies, as well as private organizations, showcasing its multi-sector expertise.
At the time of writing on November 4, 2024 at 10:20 am, shares of NCC Ltd is trading at ₹310.25 which is a 0.75% dip than the previous close. The stock has gained a total of 103% in the last one year, and 86% since the beginning of the year.
The Building Division secured the largest contract share, worth ₹2,694 Crore, followed by the Electrical Division with projects valued at ₹538 Crore.
The Water & Other Divisions received contracts worth ₹274 Crore, emphasizing NCC’s involvement across multiple divisions. The execution timelines for these contracts vary, with projects scheduled to be completed within six months to six years.
NCC emphasized that no promoter or promoter group holds any interest in the entities granting these contracts, ensuring transparency. Additionally, NCC confirmed that none of these contracts are classified as “related party transactions.”
