Wipro announces extension of work relationship with Marelli

Wipro Limited, a major technology services and consulting business, has extended its partnership with Marelli, a global leader in automotive solutions, for four years.

Wipro FullStride Cloud will relocate Marelli’s Milan Data Centre and local server rooms to the Cloud, enabling centralized operations and a more reliable ecosystem. 

Marelli will benefit from a flexible and advanced cloud environment, allowing for faster market response, constant innovation, and increased competitiveness. The initiative aims to minimize time-to-market for Marelli’s products and services, resulting in long-term value for stakeholders and advancing the company’s modernization and growth.

The project aims to improve employee support with AI-powered virtual assistants, manage vulnerabilities, and provide comprehensive application maintenance services to drive innovation, optimize costs, and minimize future reworks through long-term efficiency solutions. The upgrading project is intended to generate significant operational savings.

Marelli’s Chief Digital Officer, Vittorio Rossetti, stated that the company has a longstanding cooperation with Wipro. The Wipro team’s understanding of our business, combined with their technical competence, will support us in developing and expanding our IT infrastructure.
