DreamFolks Services IPO subscribed 3 times on day two, retail part booked 12 times

On August 25, the second day of bidding, the DreamFolks Services IPO received strong support from retail investors and was booked three times. Retail portion was subscribed 12 times.

Following the company’s August 23 anchor book raise of Rs253 crore, the issue size was decreased from 1.72 crore shares to 94.83 lakh shares.

In contrast to the 0.26% reserved for qualified institutional purchasers, 2.62% of the shares reserved for non-institutional investors have received bids.

With the issuance, which is fully an offer for sale, DreamFolks Services hopes to generate Rs562 crore at the higher end of the Rs308—326 per share price range. On August 26, the IPO closes.
