Acrysil announces name change to ‘Carysil Limited'

Carysil Limited, a global manufacturer of ‘Composite Quartz Kitchen Sinks’ in India using German technology, has announced a name change from ‘Acrysil Limited‘ to ‘CARYSIL LIMITED’ to have a brand recall.

The company visions to launch ‘CARYSIL’ as a global brand, and expand its global presence.

This name change would make the Company’s name simple, sharp, and focused on the brand “CARYSIL”, said the company in its press release.

“We recognised the strength of our brand name “Carysil” and decided to rename the company after it. “Carysil Limited” will be the new name. In order to achieve our ultimate goal of becoming a key global player in the Kitchen and Bath Segment, we will continue to manufacture premium quality products and provide exceptional service to our customers,” commented Chirag Parekh, Chairman and Managing Director of Carysil.

At around 10.21 AM, Acrysil was trading at Rs530 up by 1.52% from its previous closing of Rs522.05 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs528 and touched intraday high and low of Rs531.25 and Rs523.55 respectively.
