Huhtamaki India Ltd has informed that Jagdish Agarwal has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer & Whole Time Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f January 05, 2022.
Jagdish Agarwal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the Calcutta University and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Cost and Management Accountant of India.
His last employment was with Owens Corning India as Chief Financial Officer. He has over 23 years of experience and has worked with Companies like Reliance Communications Limited and ICICI Bank Limited.
On Thursday morning trade, Huhtamaki India was trading at Rs220.35 per piece down by 0.18% on the BSE.
