On November 21, Tata Motors announced that it has started selling its commercial cars in Thailand. The company announced that it has brought a range of value-added services to the nation along with a lineup of trucks that includes the flagship Prima 5038.S, Super Ace, Ultra T.9, and Ultra T.14.
Tata Motors forged a strategic alliance with Inchcape plc in April of this year, designating the latter as its Thai distributor for commercial vehicles. Additionally, Inchcape plc plans to set up a vast network of 13 customer touchpoints, including sales, service, and spare parts, all of which will be thoughtfully placed to offer seamless support to its clientele.
Anurag Mehrotra, Head of International Business at Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles, said, ‘With our strategically placed sales and service touchpoints throughout Thailand, we are confident in providing complete peace of mind to our customers in partnership with Inchcape.’ According to the automaker, Inchcape will initially provide the Super Ace, Ultra T.9, Ultra T.14, and the flagship Prima 5038.S to meet the various needs in the nation.
