SIS completes acquisition of 49.99% stake in Terminix

SIS Limited informed the investors and exchanges that it has completed the acquisition of the remaining stake in Terminix.

The said acquisition was initiated on May 24, 2022. The company earlier has informed that it has entered into an agreement for the acquisition of 49.99% shareholding in Terminix SIS India Private Limited.

Pursuant to the purchase of a 49.99% stake in the company, it will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of SIS Limited. The company acquired the stake from its joint venture partner SVM Services (Singapore)

The company acquired full control of its pest control arm for a consideration of US $100,000.

SIS Ltd is currently trading at Rs474.10 down by Rs1.2 or 0.25% from its previous closing of Rs475.30 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs476.05 and has touched day’s high and low of Rs477.70 and Rs469.70 respectively, so far.
