Tata Nifty500 Multicap Infrastructure 50:30:20 Index Fund NFO: Everything you need to know

Tata Mutual Fund is launching NFO under its “Index Fund”, named as Tata Nifty500 Multicap Infrastructure 50:30:20 Index Fund. The open-ended fund aims to provide returns, before expenses, that are commensurate with the performance of the Nifty500 Multicap Infrastructure 50:30:20 Index (TRI), subject to tracking error.

Investment strategy: The Fund is a passively managed Index fund which will employ an investment approach designed to replicate/track the performance of the Nifty500 Multicap Infrastructure 50:30:20 Index (TRI). The Scheme seeks to achieve this goal by investing in securities constituting the Index in the same proportion as in the Index.

Asset allocation: The asset allocation under the scheme takes place in equity and equity-related instruments comprised in the Nifty500 Multicap Infrastructure 50:30:20 Index.

Investors with a very high-risk appetite should invest in the Tata Nifty Realty Inde Nifty500 Multicap Infrastructure 50:30:20 Index x Fund for 5 or more years.

Risk associated: Very high level of risk.

Benchmark: Nifty500 Multicap Infrastructure 50:30:20 Index (TRI).

The NFO is available for subscription from April 08 to April 22. The schemes will reopen for continuous sale and repurchase within five Business Days from the date of allotment. The fund offers systematic investment solutions like SIP and SWP to create a flexible investment plan. The minimum subscription amount is ₹5000/- and in multiples of any amount thereafter.
